Internship Programme – UHRC Geneva
The Universal Human Rights Council (UHRC – Geneva) invites applications for its Internship Programme from motivated candidates around the world who are committed to the promotion and protection of human rights.
UHRC offers flexible internship modalities, including in-house (on-site) and online (remote) internships, enabling participation from a diverse and international community.
Internship Sessions
UHRC internships are organised in official sessions throughout the year:
- First Internship Session
- January – March
- Second Internship Session
- April – June
- Third Internship Session
- August – October
Each session provides structured, hands-on exposure to UHRC’s work in human rights research, advocacy, documentation, media, and international engagement.
Areas of Work
Interns may contribute in the following areas:
- Human rights research and reporting
- Legal and policy analysis
- Media, communications, and content development
- Digital outreach and social media engagement
- Graphic design, video editing, translation, and IT support
Candidates from diverse academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. All skills and talents are valued, and UHRC strives to place interns according to their strengths and interests.
